THE FRIENDS OF WINNSBORO, INC'S. 145 CLUB IS A NONPROFIT PRIVATE CLUB. The 145 Club provides a forum for members to gather, socialize, enjoy cultural and entertainment venues and to discuss issues of importance and concern to the community. The Club shall also act as a vehicle to solicit and raise funds for charitable organizations and causes in the community.
All members must be not less than twenty-one (21) years of age
