June is Men’s Health Month. During the month of June, as an incentive for seeing a physician, we will provide you with a gift card.
Event Details
Gift cards can be picked up on June 24th during the Fatherhood Fun Day and Diaper Give Away. This will be held at 601 S. 6th St. in Hartsville, SC from 10am to 1pm. To receive the gift card, you will need to meet the following:
1. Are already or sign-up for Dads Matter by June 24th, 2022.
2. Schedules and attends any medical appointment by June 24th, 2022.
3. Provide The Dads Matter Team proof of visit by June 24th, 2022.
